[msmtp-users] Updated binaries for Win32

Hi all,

new binaries for Win32 are available (cross-compiled with Debian's mingw
packages). They are based on current CVS code because 1.4.5 needed minor
patches to compile for Win32.

If you still use the 1.4.4 Win32 binaries from msmtp-1.4.4-win32.zip, an
update is a good idea, because a security hole in GnuTLS was recently
fixed. See http://www.gnu.org/software/gnutls/security.html .
(Please note that I generally cannot gaurantee timely security updates
for Win32 binaries.)
