More and more mail systems block mails from dynamic IP ranges to reduce
junk mail.

They should have a relaying SMTP server that accepts mails from their
dynamic IP range.

If you want to switch your whole mail system, configure Sendmail (or
Exim or Postfix or ...) to send all mail via this host. This is the
proper solution. It's easy to do with Exim, but certainly also possible
with other MTAs.

If you do not want to switch your mail system for whatever reason
and just want your Mutt to send mail via this host, then msmtp can
help you: http://msmtp.sourceforge.net/Mutt+msmtp.txt
