[msmtp-users] Request for assistance

I need to know if Msmtp can solve the following
problem.  I'm running Mutt and Sendmail on Slackware
10.  My computer is connected to a router which is
connected to a dsl router/modem.  My dsl isp is
Verizon.

All is well except for one individual who has cable
internet access from Adelphia.  Email to him is being
bounced, apparently because my mail is not coming from
Verizon.

I am willing to forward all outbound through Verizon
if they will accept it for relay.  However, they may
not know my machine because of my mail goes through
two routers and their ip addressing is dynamic.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
