Postfix really is pretty easy to setup, especially if you're using an external smtp relay.

Too bad. I'm too lazy to configure a real MTA, but I might not be too 
lazy to write a patch. :)

The code looks pretty clean and well-documented. I'll see if I can throw 
something together.
