[msmtp-users] New msmtp queue scripts included

Hi!

Chris Gianniotis sent an updated version of his msmtpq scripts. They are
now included in the scripts subdirectory of msmtp. You can download them here:

The scripts are intended to be a more advanced alternative to the
msmtpqueue scripts, and to eventually replace them.

To everyone interested in queueing scripts for msmtp: please test these
