The manual page describes the timeout option like this:
"Set or unset a network timeout, in seconds. The argument off means that no
timeout will be set, which means the operating system default will be used...."
Running Linux 3.15.1 kernel, what's the name of the "operating system default"
and how can I change it? I'm guessing it's somewhere in /proc/sys/net, but
I don't know what it's called.
