[msmtp-users] unify config for m(pop|smtp)rc: source?

Using both mpop and msmtp, I find myself changing the same config 
settings in both. How about making this more modular, so settings used 
by both have to only exist once?

One option could be to allow "sourcing" of external files in 
m(pop|smtp)rc. That way, one could source a generic mailrc in both, then 
add specifics only for the protocol.

What do you think?
