This new version is now in the repository.

I plan to release msmtp-1.4.26 with this new version at the end of
next week if no problems turn up.

We can add the following to the release notes: "Please note that the
names of the msmtpq scripts have changed, from msmtpQ/msmtpq to
msmtpq/msmtp-queue". OK?
