I would recommend to add two or mor accounts, and show example macros in
mutt for switching between them, like:

macro generic "<esc>1" ":set from=email1@...125...<enter>:set realname='Real name1'<enter>:set signature = '~/.signature-1'<enter>:set sendmail='~/bin/msmtp -a default'<enter>!echo email1@...125... with name1!<enter>"
macro generic "<esc>2" ":set from=email2@...125...<enter>:set realname='Real name2'<enter>:set signature = '~/.signature-2'<enter>:set sendmail='~/bin/msmtp -a account2'<enter>!echo email2@...125... with name2!<enter>"
macro generic "<esc>3" ":set from=email3@...125...<enter>:set realname='Real name3'<enter>:set signature = '~/.signature-3'<enter>:set sendmail='~/bin/msmtp -a account3'<enter>!echo email3@...125... with name3!<enter>"

assuming that in .msmtprc there are account1 and account2 :)
